Why the food theme?
Clare Haynes founded Wildfire on the belief that people can achieve the utmost at work when they approach it in the way that best uses their talents.

In bouts of early career roles, Clare observed how talent was stifled or quashed in different companies. In bouts of travelling, Clare enjoyed the speed, variety and challenge of waitressing in different countries whilst learning how we value having what we want, how we want it and what we need, how we need it. The answer to successful work learning and performance is equally subtle and individual.

Food, like work, is embedded deeply into daily life. We need to eat. We digest better what and how it suits us. We benefit from a workplace that feeds us rather than drains us. We deserve for work to be delicious.

Why Wildfire?
The company name reflects our ethos. Wildfire spreads at speed, breaking down the old and making fertile ground for new growth. It’s also a threatening change. A worthwhile change sometimes requires a bold move and fresh ideas but without throwing out what’s already healthy. Wildfire aims to have a fast-acting impact, to encourage suitably paced learning and changes that build upon talents and resources to generate something new, exciting and full of potential.
