Training

For many, the idea of a classroom involves dredging up memories of uninspiring teachers, topics or school subjects.

We aim for the other end of the spectrum, creating fond inspiring memories and instilling learning to benefit both participants and the business. Our post-course feedback shows how we get on board the most reluctant learners and change their picture of training.

Our style is training injected with colour, energy, excitement, openness, confidence and fun. It’s welcoming and usually heartwarming.

Clients should see a visible return on investment, which we’ll help you measure. We don’t do “death by PowerPoint” and participants get to see, hear and feel their own path – no matter how mixed the group or topics.

Making learning possible, enjoyable and meaningful

Look up examples of our training:

"The Networking programme was fantastic, and achieved more than we had originally thought possible.  We wanted clients who were setting up their own enterprise to be gain sufficient experience and support in generating sales and supplier opportunities/relationships which was achieved.  Not only that, clients self confidence literally rocketed through the roof. Is it any wonder these newly formed businesses started to gain leads and useful contacts so early on? ….Brilliant to work with, fully understanding the council's priorities and the height of organised efficiency! Highly recommended."

Darren Gardner, Barrier Breaking Team, Coventry City Council

".. session on influencing provided many useful pointers as to how team members could get their point across and influence actions from others. The guidance on career planning was very insightful and conducted with skill and a respect for any confidentiality issues that team members had."

James Murphy, Team Manager – Project Accountants, DWP (Department of Work and Pensions)

"Our meeting was held to provide a forum for members of the same division located in offices across the country to discuss processes, procedures and being part of a team achieving our goals even though we rarely got to see each other in person.  We wanted to achieve these goals and maintain a feeling of being part of a team. The skills of communication are fantastic and encouraged the group to participate with confidence and without feeling awkward, allowing us all to discuss our issues and learn from each other as well as from the facilitator.

There was humour and fun injected into the day which of course made it all the more enjoyable. Many of the tools learnt on the day have already been put into practice with great effect. A professional, competent lecturer, a non-threatening style and obvious experience, very easy to listen to and easy to understand. It was exactly what we were looking for, the day was a great success; I have no hesitation at all in recommending Wildfire."

Caroline Hedley, Head of Administration, Robinson Low Francis

"I have attended a number of training courses over the years and found this training to be a breath of fresh air. The (Team Building) training for once was not death by powerpoint (why do trainers do this?). The delivery style appealed to all the different ways in which people learn and rather than being talked at. We were definitely encouraged to share experiences and join in. I came away from this session feeling I had both gained more knowledge achieved something.  Also offering follow up support if necessary was very reassuring and useful.

Jenny Haycock, Project Manager, Thefutureworks, Coventry University

".. has delivered a number of training courses for our organisation and we have always received excellent feedback from delegates. ..enthusiasm.. is certainly infectious!"
