Here are FAQs and info to help your event to run smoothly:


what needs planning?

Clare will be able to contribute best to your event when, well in advance:

✔ There is 1 key organiser to deal with by phone and email.

✔ A clearly defined audience and need is established.

✔ Event content is confirmed.

✔ Event title is agreed.

✔ Please refer to Clare as ‘Clare Haynes, Wildfire

✔ The location is confirmed on booking.

✔ A purchase order is supplied prior to the event, payable to Wildfireworks Ltd + VAT, as per the quote given.

✔ Expenses are agreed in advance.

✔ For a morning session, prior overnight accommodation (Premier Inn or equivalent) is agreed or provided.

✔ Parking is confirmed.


WHAT’S NEEDED ON THE DAY?

To ensure smooth-running:

Access to the venue between 2 hours and 75 minutes prior to the event.

Clare requires access to the room in which to speak, at least an hour in advance.

Ideally, if using a slide show, this should be emailed to the organiser and pre-loaded to a laptop/feed prior to the event, ready to test.

If following another speaker, there must be a break to check the IT/equipment set up before Clare is introduced as speaker.

Clare’s style is interactive and engaging. The audience need to be able to move around to speak to each other informally in the room without being crammed into rows.

The event should run to time.

Clare appreciates lots of tea and needs still (tap is fine) water.

A flipchart and stand may be required.

The room should be maximum 20 degrees celsius, for audience comfort.

She works with teams and 1:1, building peoples’ communication and business confidence using their greatest asset – themselves.

Clare has a psychology background and has studied performance, coaching, NLP, Trauma and Complex PTSD and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). Her career spans television, sport, charity and the social sectors.
