Looks like I'll like pink a little longer!

At the British HR Awards, I won Highly Commended for Coach of the Year. Coming second in 12 finalists is amazing!

April means rain showers, our (polite, reserved, almost apologetic) St George’s Day and Autism Acceptance Month.

The inner voice of autism:

‘I know my experience and I shouldn’t need to prove it to be believed.’

On Monday I was in the "Hotseat" at The Esther Drop-In.

The amazing The Esther Project, in Leamington Spa, helps disadvantaged women.

WE COVERED:

The impact of being hyper-vigilant after trauma

On Wednesday, at the PINS (Partnership for Neurodiversity in Schools) Conference I was speaking on the topic of Difficult Conversations.

For school staff (like any resource-strapped, stressful, time-poor environment with many stakeholders, politics
