It’s for leaders who need to challenge a senior colleague; who are dealing with workplace conflict; who are overthinking a difficult conversation and need help structuring it; who feel isolated at the top and need a trusted sounding board; who have infighting to mediate at senior level; or who are managing situations where the consequences of getting it wrong are significant.

There are three stages: understanding the situation fully, building the conversation strategy, and practising and implementing it.
Sessions are available online, by phone, or as walking coaching (together or apart)/ Packages start from £297, with fixed packages or ongoing session-by-session arrangements available.

Yes. All coaching with Clare is confidential. This is particularly important for senior leaders navigating politically sensitive or high-stakes situations where they cannot discuss the detail with colleagues or internal HR.
Only with explicit permission are any coaching details ever shared.

Single-session "Action Hours" are available for specific one-off topics or conversations you’re experiencing.
A coaching programme shouldn’t last less than 8 weeks and, for a step up in leadership performance, a year is recommended.
Coaching success mostly comes down to the desire and willingness to make changes because they matter to you.

Yes, sometimes there’s a drastic situation that people need urgent help with, and every action will be taken to try to help, diary allowing.
Coaching isn’t a quick fix. It still requires the coachee to take action.
